Getting Started with the Funnel

The first step in creating any funnel is building a form. We'll go into the form builder and create a simple form requiring just a first name and email. It's crucial to include areas for agreeing to terms, as well as links to your privacy policy and terms of service.

In the form options, while we don't set a direct action on submission, we'll handle navigation at the funnel level. This flexibility allows you to direct leads wherever you want across multiple funnels.

Building the Funnel Pages

Our funnel consists of a homepage and a thank you page. Even though the funnel is branded to me, as resellers, you can customize it with your logo and brand colors. Simply import the snapshot into your account, and many fields will auto-populate with your branding.

The homepage should include attractive features and benefits along with personalized content promising what your community offers. Using CSS, you can further customize aspects like background color to align with your brand.

Designing Personalized User Experiences

To streamline user experience, we integrate the custom value tool for elements like logo and background color. This ensures consistency no matter where the user is within our funnel. Frequently asked questions and legal documents should reside at the bottom of your pages.

When setting up the form redirect, we manage it at the funnel level. This provides broader applicability for the form, making it suitable for multiple funnels, thereby enhancing flexibility in your marketing strategy.

Creating a Seamless Domain Connection

Connecting a domain to our funnel is the next logical step. I recommend using subdomains for different offers while keeping your root domain dedicated to showcasing all your services and offers. For example, your root domain might house forms to join your free community, testimonials, a calendar, and other essential features of your business.

Engaging Leads with Automation

Automations are pivotal to converting leads through our funnels. Setting an automation workflow when the form is filled helps in tagging leads and granting them access to appropriate community groups. Tags assist in organizing and segmenting leads, which becomes crucial when retargeting or developing your sales strategy.

The automation feature within the client portal provides flexibility for sending personalized emails or using preset templates. Custom emails can include magic links, allowing new users easy access to login and change their credentials upon entering your community.
