How to Customize Your Free Community Snapshot with My Vision Agency

Hey all, Bridget Bartlett here with My Vision Agency. I'm excited to guide you through the process of customizing the free community snapshot that I provided as part of our reseller program. If you're a member of our program, simply navigate to the community tab and check out my post from yesterday's training on creating a free community funnel. You'll find the link to the snapshot there.

If you’re not yet part of our free community or reseller program, head over to myvisionagency.com. You can register there to gain access, plus, when you sign up for High Level, you'll get a 30-day free trial and a free membership in our reseller program as a bonus. Once you're in your High Level agency account, importing the snapshot is the first step. Make sure you’re logged into App.Gohighlevel.com. After logging in, import the snapshot. It's named "Community Funnel" in your imported snapshots section. You can load it into an existing account or create a new sub-account.

Creating a new sub-account can be done with a blank snapshot or by choosing the community funnel snapshot. To do this manually, just fill out the necessary information, like business phone, address, and so on. I usually go for a demo setup, like using a fictional name and data.

After creating the sub-account, the next crucial step is loading that snapshot. Use the "actions" button to load it into your chosen sub-account. We’ve made it easy for our resellers by setting things up with custom values for logos and colors, ensuring seamless integration into your existing assets.

This snapshot comes with specific customizable parts: calendars, campaigns, and custom values among them. Don't forget to load all the necessary parts of the snapshot. Fill out the custom values, especially the hex codes for your brand colors, and the logo.

Regarding logos, if it’s not already linked by previous setups, upload it to the media storage and paste its link into the custom value for logos. Use any graphic design tool like Canva to manage your hex codes, ensuring your brand's visual consistency.

Now, let’s talk about forms and funnels. You can edit imported forms to match your preferences. Insert your terms of service and privacy policy into the provided sections by linking them on your website.

Use the funnel to its full potential by updating colors via custom values, changing headlines, or even altering CSS within the code editor for further customization – just swap out hex colors as needed. Update other sections of the funnel with your specific offers, reviews, or FAQ.

For automations, the provided setup through the form is straightforward. A form submission can grant access to your community group, add notes, or tags – whatever suits your process. Make sure your group settings allow for automatic welcome emails upon joining.
