Create a Dynamic FAQ Email with High Level
Often times, customers or leads will contact us via webchat, text, support, email etc and we can't always respond right away. One of the best strategies I have been using to ensure my members have everything they needs asap to resolve any issues is, I send a FAQ email with all of the support resources they have available.
This is also helpful with leads because they often have the same questions. Sending an FAQ email to them will help them make their buying decision when you are top of mind and also saves you time because you don't have to repeat the same thing over and over again.
Today, I am going to walk you through the process of setting up this FAQ email using the new dynamic element inside the High Level email builder.
