Enhance Your Customer Feedback System with Customized Review Reminders and Automations

February 26, 20252 min read

Today, I want to take you through the process of creating custom emails for your review requests and automate these tasks to streamline your workflow. As we step into this, I'll guide you using our dashboard in reputation management.

Integrating Review Widgets into Your Website

To start, you need to add a review widget to your website. Head over to the high-level funnel builder or website builder, click on Elements, and drag the reviews widget into the desired location. For anyone looking to integrate this widget into another site, a custom code will be available for you to grab.

Setting Up Your Initial Review Request Email

Inside the dashboard, navigate to your settings to draft your review request email. As of now, we have a default email asking customers if they received five-star service. This email is pivotal in collecting feedback, but what if someone doesn’t respond? To address this, we'll create a follow-up email.

Drafting and Cloning Emails for Follow-Up

When creating a new email, start from scratch or utilize available templates. Suppose you want to draft a follow-up email for non-responsive customers. Clone an existing template and modify it to fit the follow-up context. For instance, you could say, "Did you receive a five-star experience? We've noticed you haven't left a review yet, and we’d love your feedback."

Automating Your Email Campaigns

After drafting your email, set it up in the system to automatically send if a review isn’t received. By scheduling these reminders, you ensure consistent and timely follow-up. Adjust frequency settings for maximum efficiency, ensuring customers receive these reminders at optimal intervals.

Advanced Workflow Automations

For deeper automation, explore the automations tab to create new workflows from scratch. Utilize triggers like new review reception to set actions based on the review's details. For instance, if a review lands in spam, trigger a workflow to automatically address this.

Using Conditional Logic for Enhanced Processes

Deploy conditional logic to streamline automation further. With triggers indicating specific review criteria, these workflows ensure the appropriate follow-up actions, like sending personalized emails, notifying team members on Slack, or even sending ringless voicemails.

Why These Automations Matter

Automations not only facilitate gathering more reviews but also enhance their quality. Good customer service, particularly when resolving issues, converts feedback into opportunities for strengthening customer relationships.
