How to use and create groups in Google Workspace
If you are using Google Workspace for different brands or businesses, especially if you have team members for each one, you are going to love groups!
With groups, you are able to create an email inbox and add team members so they can all collaborate from the same inbox.
Let me explain, let's say you have a form on your website that goes to a specific email. You may have several team members who need to respond to those emails and it could get very confusing if you only forwarded them.
How would team member #1 know that team member #2 answered Jane Doe's email?
This problem is solved with groups inside Google Workspace!
