Getting Started with AI Ads Manager

Within your dashboard, you’ll notice the AI Ads tab. Click on it, and you'll see options for managing social media content. It’s important to mention that these features are exclusive to your dashboard and are not visible to clients under your white-label brand. Before diving in, make sure to connect all your social media platforms to streamline your workflow.

Creating and Customizing Content

One of the standout features of our AI Ads Manager is its capacity to help you create posts tailored to your brand. You can either generate new content based on given prompts or use your own images and videos. For instance, if we're creating a post across multiple platforms, the manager allows us to select media and even edit initial prompts to refine our messaging.

For example, while promoting our free business marketing and automation community, the AI tool generated an engaging description: "Join us to connect, share resources, and enhance your business growth through expert insights and collaborative support."

Publishing and Scheduling Like a Pro

Once your content is generated, scroll through the available platforms and see the variety of posts created. Notably, you can create different post types like basic posts, reels, or stories specifically for Facebook. If your content calls for a post or reel, you'll have options to create new videos or choose from existing ones.

Let's say you're focusing on creating reels for Facebook. You have four post caption variations to choose from. If none hit the mark, you can generate new options or adjust the tone and length of the captions.

A strategic tip: I prefer to place the call to action or external links in the first comment rather than in the main post. Platforms like Facebook tend to limit the reach of posts that direct users away from their site. For instance, when highlighting our free community, it’s more effective to prompt viewers to check the first comment for a link.

Scheduling Your Posts

Scheduling is a breeze with our AI Ads Manager. Select a date and time for your post. Personally, I avoid scheduling right on the hour to increase the chance of visibility by setting unique times like 10:03 AM. It’s all about experimenting with strategies to see what garners the best engagement.

Posting Across Platforms

Our journey doesn't stop at Facebook; LinkedIn, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube are all ready for your content. Each platform has its nuances. With LinkedIn, I post short videos, while TikTok focuses on engaging reels. For X, swapping between short form and stock videos helps maintain variety in content. Meanwhile, YouTube optimally places videos in short or long-form categories based on the upload.
