How to Create a Support Ticket System in High Level | Part 3
Today, we are going to complete the build of our ticketing system on High Level! So far I have given you a demo of the system and we have created all of the custom fields, our pipeline and our form. We also started the automations in our last video for ticket #1.
However, we still need to compete the automations for ticket #2 and setup our opportunity pipeline to organize this information in the card that is created which makes the process of addressing support tickets a breeze!
