In today's video, I'm Bridget Bartlett with My Vision Agency, sharing a super cool tip on how to effectively segment your list using the questions in your opt-in form. The process is simple and can significantly enhance your lead management strategy within your High Level account.

Introduction to Form Segmentation

Have you ever wanted to direct your audience to specific pages based on their answers in a form? In this guide, I’ll show you how to achieve that using High Level. I created a simple two-page funnel with an opt-in and a thank-you page to demonstrate the process.

Creating and Customizing Your Form

Start by setting up your form in the Forms section. You’ll need to add a custom field, which I recommend setting up as a radio box. This ensures that the user selects an answer from the options you provide. Consider using a question like, “Are you currently a High Level customer?”

Once your question is ready, you’ll want to make sure it’s required to encourage user participation and meaningful data collection. Rename your form so it's easy to identify later, and explore the different submission options High Level offers.

Implementing Conditional Logic

Conditional logic is pivotal for directing respondents to pages based on their submitted answers. For instance, if a participant confirms they're a current High Level customer, you might send them to your reseller program page. On the other hand, if they respond “no,” they can be directed to your affiliate page.

Building Out Your Funnel and Automation

With your form set, the next step is to integrate it into your funnel. Add your form to the opt-in page and ensure that the redirect actions are in place. If additional workflows are needed, head over to the Automations tab to create a workflow from scratch.

For each form submission, the decision point is if they’ve answered “yes” or “no.” This determines whether they’ll get emails about joining your reseller program or introduction materials to High Level. Use conditional logic here to fine-tune your communication strategy.

Enhancing Lead Segmentation

Don’t forget to take advantage of profile notes and tagging to trigger other workflows based on the form's responses. If someone is already using High Level, provide them with content on how your program can elevate their experience. Conversely, for potential customers, introduce the benefits and tools offered.
