Now, of course, a High Level account is a must to use the social planner. Connecting Your Accounts

Once you’re in your High Level account, click on the marketing tab to navigate to the Social Planner section. Here, you'll see all the platforms that you can connect, as well as the communities we've built inside High Level. Don't forget to ensure that all your accounts are business accounts because personal profiles can't be connected due to API restrictions. Once everything is connected, remember to customize your notifications for updates like when your account connection is about to expire.

Organizing Your Content

Another great feature is organizing your content into categories so you can manage your posts efficiently. You’ll can create watermarks and adjust global settings to ensure your images are optimized for all platforms. You can also see all your scheduled posts, engage with your top posts, and monitor your engagement statistics across different social channels.

Creating and Managing Posts

Within the Social Planner, you can switch between list and calendar views to keep track of your content. Creating a new post is simple—just click "New Post"! You can either upload a CSV file or use the social planner templates, which are fully unbranded and customizable. There’s even AI content assistance available to help craft the perfect message in your brand voice.
