Getting Started with Voice AI
To begin, access your high level account and navigate to the AI agents section to create your first agent. If you're new to high level, visit myvisionagency.com to set up an account or join our reseller program if you're an existing customer. Naming and Voice Selection
Once you're set up, it's time to name your agent – let's call ours Cindy for this tutorial. You'll also input your business name, select a language, and choose the voice that best suits your AI's personality. Feel free to test different voices to find the perfect match.
Setting Up Agent Features
Adjust settings such as time zone and initial message, which is customizable with your business name and tone. Additionally, handle advanced functions, considering costs for phone service, AI credits, and features like call time limit and response speed.
Integrating Knowledge Base
Link a relevant knowledge base to your agent, ensuring it can provide accurate information about your services, products, and contact details. This integration helps the AI respond appropriately to inquiries using either links or FAQs.
Customization and Follow-ups
Decide what information the agent should gather, like names and issues, and set up detailed follow-up actions post-call, including email notifications and workflows.
Switch to advanced mode to customize prompts, allowing Cindy to perform tasks like booking appointments, handling inquiries, or even selling services independently.
Creating and Testing Prompts
To create a custom prompt, we use my custom GPT setup to guide you, ensuring Cindy has the right personality and task instructions. For example, Cindy could manage all calls for both new and existing customers, providing information and collecting details without human intervention.
We fine-tune prompts with real-world testing by calling and examining transcripts, which helps reinforce what works and adjust what doesn't.
Automating Follow-ups
Cindy can seamlessly send after-call messages inviting callers to our community, answering follow-up questions, or providing additional resources.
Enhancing Your AI Interaction
