Hey everyone, Bridget Bartlett here with my Vision Agency. I'm thrilled to introduce you to the brand new release of the Knowledge Base for our AI employee. If you're already familiar with High Level, you'll be excited to see this new feature that can significantly benefit your business operations.

Getting Started with the Knowledge Base

Inside your High Level account, the first step is to navigate to the settings, then to the Knowledge Base section. This is where the magic happens! If you don’t have a High Level account yet, no worries. Head over to myvisionagency.com to learn more or join our free community to see if High Level meets your needs. We also offer a free trial if you’re interested in incorporating it into your own business or reselling it.

Exploring Your Knowledge Base

Once you’re inside High Level, you'll notice that a Knowledge Base is already automatically created for you. By clicking into it, you can view and, if needed, modify the title or description. You can choose to add exact URLs to train the AI employee or use the path option to bring data from multiple pages within a specific domain. For instance, I use myvisionagency.com to demonstrate how data can be fetched and utilized efficiently.

Training Your AI with Specific Data

The process allows for dynamic interaction, such as clicking to see data that’s been scraped or retraining and refreshing data to ensure your AI is up-to-date. Additionally, we provide an option to manually add Q&As. This helps the AI bot give precise answers to frequently asked questions, ensuring your customer interactions are as seamless as possible. Though file training is not available yet, I'm excited to say that this feature is coming soon!

Utilizing Trained Bots for Customer Interaction

After training your bot, the next step is to integrate it with AI tools like the conversation AI. By accessing the general support bot section, you can add multiple knowledge bases to the bot, thus enhancing its capability to provide accurate support.

Continued Learning and Support

If at any point you need to update your bot, you can return to the Knowledge Base to create new entries or updates. This process is simple and intuitive. For those without a High Level account, feel free to join our community for open office hours, where you can access additional resources and support. If you’re already a High Level customer, consider joining our reseller program to expand your opportunities.
