In real estate, for example, each sub account can create its own custom objects, tracking street names, zip codes, square footage, and more. This feature allows teams to easily manage inventory and add new properties with a consistent naming convention.

Creating and Customizing Your Data

What's truly exciting is the flexibility. You can customize fields to fit your needs — from property addresses to dropdown menus ensuring team members select consistent options. You can even integrate client information through associating contacts with properties, tagging them as sellers, and tracking their interactions.

I'll guide you through creating a new custom object, like "Client Interest Transactions," and how to collect client data, such as phone numbers and email addresses. This is not just for contact storage, but for tracking client interactions and scheduled visits.
